I am a Senior UX Researcher dedicated to making complex systems digestible and human-centered. For over 7 years, I've equipped teams across high-stakes industries with the critical knowledge they need to move forward.

My ethos is to reduce friction and enable equitable access by grounding every decision in authentic human needs. My colleagues would tell you that my superpower is the ability to make sense out of chaos; I take conflicting data and structural noise and transform it into clear, digestible, and collaborative insights.

While I'm a meticulous planner by nature, I've learned that the clearest answers often come from stepping back and simply observing what's actually there, rather than what I expect to find. That practice of intentional presence is what lets me cut through noise to find the real signal. But once I see it clearly, I move. My job isn't to sit with ambiguity indefinitely; it's to resolve it into a decision my team can act on with confidence.

Most recently, I worked at a healthcare company focusing on digital process design. Outside of work, I am a ceramic artist who finds working with clay grounding.
